Wig Outlet either intentionally damaged a wig I returned and claimed that I did it so they could keep the sale, OR the wig was in that condition when it was sent to me. I NEVER took the wig out of the box. When I saw the color, I realized I already had that color and I shut the box. So, after only having the item for 4 hours, I was online preparing a return label. (My post office tracking will show proof.) It was at the post office the following morning. In that short time, they are claiming I abused the wig. RIDICULOUS.

I am not a new customer. I have ordered several wigs from them. If they did not intentionally damage the wig, then they sent me a damaged wig. I see the COUNTLESS reviews here where they admit their so-called (sham) inspection process often fails miserably and thus horrible wigs are mailed to buyers. They have it set up so they can INTENTIONALLY send out a damaged product and if the buyer doesn't catch it and then returns it, then the buyer will be held liable for the damage Wig Outlet KNEW EXISTED or didn't catch during the "alleged" inspection process. They continue to brag about the "inspection process" yet there is a parade of buyers on this site alone saying Wig Outlet sent them a garbage wig. And we're not talking about small amounts of money. They try to beat buyers out of hundreds and hundreds of dollars. And what makes it so much worse is that based on these horrid reviews, THEY KNOW & ADMIT THEY OFTEN SHIP DAMAGED WIGS to buyers since their initial inspection process either does not really exist OR it is useless and one-sided. Yet they adamantly state that I did damage to the wig.

I am more than livid to be falsely accused of something so absurd. Smoke is still coming out of my ears. Suffering from hair loss, I have been buying wigs for years and AM WELL AWARE of the conditions for returning wigs - basically try it on & that's it. I have returned numerous wigs without a problem - until these bums who decided to be the epitome of a low down, dirty business operation. They lied and said I chopped up the lace and put something on the hair. Just a bald-faced, made-up, foolish, insulting lie. So extraordinary obnoxious. What desperados they must be. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this business.

They said the wig was sent back to me. So I would be stuck with a wig they damaged OR was already damaged from the beginning. Not in my lifetime since this would be Wig Outlet stealing from me. I am in the process of preparing a lawsuit against them. I won't stand for being accused of something I did not do, especially when the defendant stands to profit from this charade and consumer fraud and I lose my money. And Dana was so aloof and nonchalant about their intent to rip me off. Perhaps because it's how they run their dishonest business all the time. I will see them in front of the New Jersey judge or jury.

Of course, had I seen all the negative, horrendous reviews, I would have never ordered anything from Wig Outlet. Too many other HONEST places with whom I can do legitimate business.
