We ordered an ash pan for our wood furnace on November 15th, they sent us a part to a completely different stove on January 5th. The part number on the website matched to sticker on the item they sent, but it doesn't match the picture. When I called to return it, I was told to return it and then after they receive it I will get the refund 7-10 days later. Then I can reorder. By that time I won't need the furnace.
