I am very dissapointed with this service and the customer service. I purchased a 2 year package for just under $2000. I paid for the first year of the package which was USD$998. Then a couple of weeks later covid hit. I contracted covid and lost my job and needed more time to pay the second installment to cover the membership for 2021 to 2022. They refused to give me more time to pay and cut off my service after only 6 weeks when I had already paid for a full year! Since the second payment was to cover 2021-2022 financial year you would think there would be no problem under the circumstances allowing more time to pay? But this crowd just want to take your money and they are not interested in providing good customer service.
