He said Nasal Mask and I asked him if that was a question or a statement. 5 times I said Sleep Net Ascend FFM Silicone Cushion. He spend a half hour on the phone saying nasal mask. I recorded the call and will freely email the conversation to anyone considering ordering from 1-800-cpap.com. Thru further research I found 1-800-cpap.com (aka Ohio Sleep Awareness) is not a member of the Better Business Bureau which is certainly a red flag. Even though they are not a member of the BBB 6 people took the time to complain to the BBB. They have a grade of "D-" from the BBB. I have a defective mask that has a manufacturers defect. The mask leaks air no matter what. They quoted me a 30 day then a 45 day then a 90 day return policy. Then the rep offered to take it back but I would have to exchange it which is of course is not an option. My bank will reverse the $87.10 charge I am out for the mask and I have hired an attorney to get more than the $87.10 back.
