Have been trying to place an order for 3 days now and completely frustrated by your payment system. Finally got it to work after spending hours with online chat. NOWHERE does it say you must SIGN UP to place an order. All other websites allow you to checkout as a GUEST...very frustrsating, especially in this day and age of data breaches

Though we have worked hard to make the website simple and easy to follow, we understand that there is room for improvement. As per your concern, we do allow the guest checkout. This is very unfortunate that you have faced an issue. However, as your feedback is important to us, we have passed the same to the website team to make the customer experience better. For now, the order is in production. Once the product will be shipped out, you will be notified with the tracking details.
