I paid for gift basket as a surprise to a relative in Paris. After 2 weeks pass scheduled delivery date, no delivery. There was no way to contact the company either. I tried their "Contact us" link but it always went to an error page. I lost my money AND more importantly I lost the opportunity to cheer up my relative.
