Why is almost everything I buy from them defective? Also, if you choose their much lauded interest free option that pops up now and then, let me warn you (because, I assure you, they WILL NOT), you only have a 3 day return window NOT 30! After day 3 its a HUGE restocking fee. They never told me this one until I had a brand new Les Paul with a big problem. I kept the POS guitar and have deleted my account. Losers. Go to Cosmo, Steve's, Sweetwater (especially good) and you won't even need to return your items!
