***I ATTEMPTED to send the following to customer service through the site, and it would not send due to the damn numerical code "being incorrect"... I know how to read numbers... and then type them... complete waist of time. It WAS fun... for a little bit, until I had a f-ing question.

The customer service on the site is not working, everytime I have tried to send this email it makes me re-type the security code that is 4 numbers, and I know I am entering it correctly. Is there any other way that I can get ahold of them? Because I am very frustrated

So I have played a lot since I signed up, and I was just wondering exactly what I need to do to actually start winning some real money.
Are the sweepstakes the only way to win money? And do i have to enter into the sweepstakes on my own, or am I automatically enrolled in the drawings?
I really enjoy playing bingo here, but I would really like more information on winning real cash, as playing games, and doing surveys online is my main source of income as a stay at home, pregnant mother of 3.
Not that I will stop playing, I just want to know how much time I need to dedicate to this, in order to start actually seeing some winnings. I have won several games. Any information you can provide would be greatly appriciated. Thank you. Below is my status thus far... a simple explaination of what all of this means and what its good for would also be helpful.
