They always want more money total scam dont do it! There saying new managment just pay another shipping fee. So I'm 355 into it everytime they said you will be shipped it oh they said u need to get this paper dip. Seal then a city permit. If it's being sent under the radar y do I need a permit? Seriously there a total scam try it you will learn as i did
