Had some confusion about an item that was supposed to be in a box and was not and Danielle the CS agent answered questions through chat in real time (on a Saturday, no less) and informed me that the missing item should be in the 2nd box that had yet to be delivered. She checked with FedEx and indicated she would reach out on Monday to give me status and did exactly that and the item was, indeed, where she indicated it would be. Super positive CS experience! The desk itself is outstanding. Easy to assemble, clear instructions and the functionality is just perfect and I've found it to be a quantifiable reason I feel better, physically, at the end of a working day. Went with a whiteboard desktop and it is even more useful than I expected. Uplift gets a 10/10, really an outstanding company and people!
