We ordered a dress for our daughter's promotion. We paid the rush shipping fee for our dress to arrive within 7 business days. A week later we receive noticed our dress would be arriving in late July... a whole 9 weeks after placing our order. I have emailed them requesting a refund, its has been days and we have not heard back from them.
