Haven't gotten my package. I emailed them to ask if they could contact USPS about the over 1 week delay with my package and was told basically it sucks to be me and I would just have to keep waiting another 2-4 weeks. I understand there are postal delays outside their control, but I also run an online business, and I at least file a report with the post office when a customer asks me to. Received 2 very condescending responses to my email asking them to please help look into the postal delays.
