I received the wrong dress and immediately reached out to customer service. They told me to return the dress for a full refund but the shipping was going to cost me almost as much as I paid for the dress. The company has refused to send me a prepaid shipping label or just refund me the cost of the dress at their expense since they sent the wrong item. This is not great customer service and I will never order from them again. They have not come up with an appropriate resolution to their mistake to satisfy their paying customer as they just keep offering me a 40% refund or still ship the dress back at my own expense.
