I am VERY unhappy with the Support system on this website. Prior to using the site, i read reviews on it to make sure it was legit and not a complete waste of my time. Most of the reviews were average to generous or even to TOO nice. And then i saw bad reviews, mostly complaining about the rude mods and Support staff and how most requests went ignored. Not too many of the 'happy' commenters talked about what happened when you try to cash out. And today i just came to find out for myself.

So, i set up my account with a goal of 10,000 points ( 100 Dollars) to cash in on a digital ebay giftcard. My short term goal was at LEAST 5,000 poins because it seemed like it would be easier to achieve in a short amount of time. So Im eager, putting in long hours taking *** repetetive surveys and not qualifying for FAR too many, doing offers where some credit and others dont and risking my device being hacked for many weeks until i finally near my goal. Im at 4,600 points and i thought that would be close enough to get what i need it. So to be sure ill actually get what i asked for, i send Support a ticket.

Now, let me tell ya. Up until today, support was fine. Curt, but were professional and did as they should have. Even unfroze my points when they went uncredited for too long. So i thought everything would be fine and dandy when i decided to message them again about the terms of service and how to unlock the rewards center. I even apologized for sending in too many tickets even though in reality i onl sent 3 prior to the most recent one. So anyway, i hit them up about the terms, asking as many questions as i possibly can to get as much information as i need. Again, they were curt, very emotionless and even a little rude with their responses but i ignored it. I read abnout people getting suspended for no *** reason and i didnt want to be next on their $#*!list. So anyway, i continue on with the conversation. I ask them about phone verification and this where they started to get even more rude. Eventually after explaining my cell phone situation, i tell them that i have a home phone to verify my account with and give them my number. Their reaction?

Well first they redescribed to me what options i have to unlock the rewards center. Im wondering wtf is going on bc i assumed evething was resolved with me giving them my home number. I ask them what happened and they tell me that my number isnt valid and is detected as being a Voip number. Now im like ' What thats impossible. My number is connected to a landline '.

So i go on to go to phone verifier websites which all tell me that my number is valid, from a landline, in my location and the same location i put in my instagc bio and from the service provider i use. I go back to report this to support and tell them that my number is valid and they go on to talk me in circles, in the most robotic, condescending way possible telling that i can either go for the check option or the ID option. I didnt and do want to do either of those. I dont want to risk having my identity stolen and the check will take too long to come to my house after processing. Why should i have to wait after all the *** time i put into the site just to get to this point.

At this point, im angry. Im practically begging them to verify my *** phone number and they stop replying all together. Ignoring me. I leave them MULTIPLE support tickets and got no response to any of them. I put in WEEKS earning points for a single giftcard and they treat me like im *** and liar when i have no reason to lie. LITERALLY NO *** REASON.

I wouldnt waste my time trying to talk to support. It aint worth it. I wish i knew who their higher up was so that i can report them. Watch them suspend me for just posting this review. I dont give a *** at this point. Im *** angry. All that work for nothing.
