Time is spent convincing you they are legitimate but once you send the money via a cash application like Zelle or Pay Pal the said the didn't receive your money and then you don't hear from them again. $700 for this dog + $150 shipping is very cheap so be warned! Eric at *******922 is a Nigerian scammer
