Dears Sirs,

I've purchased a total of 5 Instant Fishermans 2 originals ( green), 2 black and 1 of the latest models. Which I've become very frustrated and disappointed with. Although I bought your latest model about 2 years ago, I've only fished with it once. Because on this occasion i got snagged in some kelp. After tugging and pulling the line snapped. When I got back home I decided to change the line, I proceded to twist the head off, when a piece of plastic / rubber cap fell to the floor, followed by an x shaped nut.
I took the spool head off and changed the line, replaced the spool cover, now I think this is where the problems started. I replaced the x shaped nut to the position I thought it came from, then put on the rubber cap.
To this day I can't even cast out never mind fish with it. The Instant Fisherman is virtually new in terms of use, and is still a virgin in terms that it's never caught a fish.
This feed back is not a complaint, but a plea for help, if you have a department that could possibly repare it for me please
