My fiance has had her diamond come loose twice. She called to ask about the warranty and repairs after several emails. She finally received a call back just to not get answers and had their head of customer service Hang up on her.
Mind you this is after her first ring "was stolen"when sent for repairs and I was forced to buy a second one.
Horrible experience overall quality of the ring and stones are questionable at best I found out from another jeweler.
