SuperRewards customer service is incredibly slow and inefficient, even when you provide them with proof of offer completion. They always seem to come back and ask for more information rather than solving the issue. Three of my offers were completed with charges to my account, yet no rewards. I have grown tired of playing games with customer service. It has been days. Occasionally I will get a message back asking for something. Upon providing what they need, I will then be ignored for the remainder of the day. I just want to be awarded for the money I spent of the offers.
