I downloaded a trial to the advanced system care pro for 3 computers. When I tried to cancel auto-renew online, it could not find my order.
I called Support and was answered by a gruff sounding guy who insisted the only way to do this would be to allow him access to my PC. Being a former tech and having a brain, I knew this was bull$#*!. When I said no, he quickly transferred me to someone else.
This person took my info down and guaranteed I would not be charged. We shall see. I paid with Paypal (pending as it was a trial) so I have protection if I do get charged.
