I ordered a 30th anniversary Ghostbusters ecto-1 model online from them, two in fact. One of them came damaged, I wasted my time for about 30 days trying to get a refund. first it was bs about getting a new one from Mattel then they were trying to get a credit refund from a distributor but it was all bs they were just trying to avoid the refund at all costs and stringing me along, they wouldn't pay for return shipping even though they had inconvenienced me with the broken and wasted so much time. When I asked about a partial refund they just kept bs-ing me about them waiting for some credit refund first from their distributor before giving a partial refund. Then they changed their story at the end and wouldn't even offer a refund if I sent it back telling me to ship it to Mattel for a replacement even though I called Mattel and it wasn't possible. Total waste of time & money. The store is ran by a high school kid who you will be talking to if you ever call them. His story changed so many times it's not even funny especially at the end of it all when I gave up trying. At the end they wouldn't give me a refund even if I sent it back because they didn't get their own credit refund for the Ecto-1 from their distributor. Does that sound like like a good business policy to you?!
Never again! Your best to buy from someone else unfortunately.
