My daughter mistakenly purchased a gift certificate for Christmas from Duluth pack. Within 24 hours requested the gift certificate be refunded. Company will not refund the money due to company policy. I feel this is theft by deception due to another company with a very similar name and store products. They basically stole my daughters Christmas money.
Tip for consumers:
How can a company justify not giving money back within 24 hours of purchase???
