I placed and order and they imediatly charged my card. Then I got no notification that the item was backorderd nor was it marked that way before I ordered it. I called their 800# as well as their local phone number hundreds of times with absolutly no response. All 50 of my emails went unanswered. I eventually was refunded after about 2 months. So someone must have gotten at least 1 of my messages, but I did not know I had been refunded until I checked my credit card statement. I still double this is a real business and think they should certainly be investigated
