They are really good at taking orders but don't deliver on-time. Then trying to get in touch with a human is literally impossible. Made an order that was scheduled to be delivered on 12/22/23. Then on 12/22 delivery date got changed to 2/3/24. How can a company not know until the last minute something is backordered by 2 months? Poor poor poor customer service experience.
