The actual T shirt was great, good quality but it took months and months to arrive. When it finally arrived I had to pay £14 customs fee! Every other international company I've bought from takes responsibility for these but shirtwascash. Com offered no other explanation other than 'they're working to make it clear you have to pay customs fees' - pal all you have to do is write a line on your website. There's loads of bad reviews of them on this topic.

Hi BL, as it states on our checkout page and FAQ we are entirely American Made and cannot estimate or pay for what your local government will collect. These laws and import duties change on a regular basis and are the responsibility of the customer. I know it's super lame so we have it labeled on the cart page (in bold), on the checkout page (top left corner) and if you'd contacted our customer support we likely would have helped you out.
