I love their products but they do not understand the importance of communicating with their customers. I place an order in early December, it was processed for shipping Jan 26th minus (2) items on back order. It is now mid-March. I have emailed several times, no response. I noticed they took the contact phone number off the website. Deserves a minus zero for how they treat their customers
I; m willing to work with small businesses because I, too, am trying to run a business. My business is dependent on getting my products timely. I will continue to press for my products or a refund. But the problem could be solved if someone, anyone, would respond to my communication? How hard can that be Butter N Bars?
