Guaranteed express shipping 2-4 days? YES, for the past years but it took 2 weeks to receive all my Parcels now, consistently for the past 7-8 orders (these items were NORMAL PRICE and wasn't during sales peak period) that were made this year.

KIM FLEISSNER if you are reading this or if this message has been reached out by your customer service rep, you seriously need to work on improving your deliverables with your customers, perhaps work out another option for express delivery charges if your cost is increasing Instead of putting a guaranteed clause on your website and fail to deliver after.
I'm glad that these were escalated to the circle of my friends who had at least 300k followers and they had since stopped buying from shopbop and switched to your rival site cos these sites mean what they do.
