THIS HAS A HAPPY ENDING

I have recently ordered two onesies from www.jumpsweat.com as gifts for Christmas.

The site itself is quite intuitive and going through the process of ordering quite simple. They offer a payment system via PayPal which gave me a little reassurance against fraud.

After proceeding with my order (1x Jumpsweat Onesie Skyjumper XL, 1x Jumpsweat Skyjumper L), I received an email confirming my purchase with a reference number.

Having contacted them a week later to provide a follow-up, they quickly responded by providing me a FedEx Reference. Until then, I was quite pleased with the service.

However, on reception of my packet, it was to my great disappointment that I had been falsely given a SINGLE black jumpsweat size XXS. The gifts being meant for TWO TALL adults, I could not simply shrug at the mistake.

Having nothing to do with my own order, I have now contacted www.jumpsweat.com to receive an explanation & solution to the current problem.

Although the quality of the mistakenly provided onesie is impressive (Nice quality fleece, properly sewed), my current fear is that this may have been an attempt to cover any delay due to excessive demand before the Christmas holidays. Or worse, a case of fraud.

Until www.jumpsweat.com contacts me to solve the problem, I wished only to warn you of the risk you may take in ordering off this website & hope you do not encounter any similar experience.

UPDATE

It turns out FedEx mistakenly switched addresses between me & a customer living in my region when preparing the parcels for shipping.

Jumpsweat.com reacted quickly by opening an investigation & answered within 24 hours. They were able to provide me with the other customers details who I then contacted. A simple meeting to exchange parcels & everything was solved.

I would like to thank Jumpsweat.com for their incredible service & quick response. Maybe an apology for my lack of faith is also in order. The products are of good quality and I'm looking forward to giving them to friends over Christmas.:-)
