I received a note stating my order is successful. Only after waiting for close to a month I got to know that there was Rs. Shipping charge pending hence order was not successful. I am totally confused with a email that says Order is successful, it also has a pending word in general, site accepted the order with no rejection at the time of placing order. It's all very confusing and sheer waste of time to shop from indianroots website. Will never recommend anyone
