“Horrible experience”

Asked to change my ticket to a different date, as I have been ordered to work that evening, i was told there's absolutely no extenuating circumstances, and was told they will absolutely not honor any such requests. Ever.
Discussed with the service i received over the phone

Will purposely not order tickets from them if that meant missing an even
Horrible service
