I bought a new ac200p power station. The ac adaptor was faulty when it came. Because I bought it through amazon, bluetti were forced to address the warranty by amazon. They asked me if I'd accept a refurbished (fixed) ac adaptor because they had no new ones in stock. I said "no, I've paid for a new one". I then checked their site and they had adaptors in stock. They went ahead and sent the 2nd hand "refurbished" one anyway. I've paid for new and received a replacement that isn't new and has been repaired.

Booked my car in to have a towbar fitted two weeks in advance. Took it in on the day and was told that the booking had been cancelled. Complained that no one had called to let me know this. I work away so had to take the day off to get this done. Got a call when I got home from same dude saying supplier had no stock in Australia and that they (pedders Hobart) hadn't been notified. I told him that he'd already told me that my booking was cancelled in their (pedders) system, and that I hadn't been notified of their (pedders) cancellation. Looking online I have found that there is an abundance of towbars available for my vehicle - this is also in contrast to what pedders told me.

Made an order with these guys (2 knives). They didn't have one of the advertised knives, so I cancelled the order. It was too expensive for one knife and postage - postage was cheaper with the 2 knives. They directed me to terms and conditions and told me I would lose 30% of what I paid for the knife that they did have. This was for restocking fee. According to their terms and conditions, restocking fee is for returned items, but nothing had been sent yet. Researched "restocking fee" online, and it is always for returned items. Got back to them with this information and they're still charging me the 30%. I would also say, initially I just contacted them to confirm if they had received payment and what was happening with the order. They abruptly told me to read their terms and conditions - the same ones that they ignored. All correspondence with them was pretty poor (curt and rude) and left a bad feeling, something I try to avoid.
