Buyer beware This Company Has NO Customer Service. I purchased two saddles for my grandaughters one in store and one online. Plus leathers for a total over $2500. 00. Within days these items had gone down in price, in fact I had not received the one in the mail yet. I called Greenhawk to get refunded to the sale price as it adds up to hundreds of dollars. They flat out refused said they wouldn't do anything. This is a very poor company who cares nothing about customer service. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and you should be ware if buying any larger priced item.
I got a response to contact them which I did. I was told to send an email to customer service, which I did. Spoke to the manager, she said they can't refund the difference because the sale was over Sunday, the day we discovered this. I did not receive the one saddle until Tuesday. She offered me a $100 gift card for in store. This totals over 450.00 we were ripped off by them. This is type of business they are. I told her that is of no use to us as we will never set foot in one of their stores again.
