This company represents their items are shipped from Canada & US. Only after they asserted that and I did not receive an item I paid for did they reveal my item was shipping from CHINA. It has now been over two months with no items received. They have twice lied and stated they would refund but then delayed again. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not abide by any of their written policies. I ordered and paid 02/06 and I still have no item. They are refusing a refund. Had to dispute via paypal.

We were honest with you that the package was lost, and we offered to send you a replacement package. As you stated, you didn't want to wait any longer and you requested a refund instead.
We understand that you preferred a refund, and we processed a full refund for you through Paypal.
This was all done in a timely manner and as per your request, so we are disappointed to see that you left such a nasty review that is also false. Unfortunately we cannot control what others do, and we hope that this explanation once again makes you realize that we did everything you asked of us. The fact that a package can sometimes be lost is completely out of our control and we apologize that it happened to your order.
