I bought a package at this place against my better judgement that was valid for 1 year for treatment every 3 weeks. I had an appointment scheduled for May 2, but they called and cancelled as the girl was sick. I rescheduled for 1 week after, and then they claim they suffered a break in that week. I've been sending messages to two different phone numbers, and getting strange replies. They keep claiming they are trying to deal with insurance, but I can't believe that business insurance would take 3 months to resolve unless something shady happened. I just texted the number I have to request a refund, but I doubt I'll ever get it. We should figure out a way to get all the clients that were wronged by this place and make sure that we get what we paid for. I'll check this review site back to see if anyone else is going through the same issues.
