I ordered rakhis from this website. On the website, they were promising guaranteed delivery before festival date (Rakhi festival was 6 days after the order date). When rakhis did not reach 2 days before the festival date, I called up customer service. They said guaranteed delivery promise was only for perishable goods. This was not mentioned on website. Anyways, they assured me to deliver before rakhi. And finally it reached 4 days after festival. On top of this, customer service finished my complaint by marking resolved even though nothing was resolved.
