Booking #XKHIYD. The airlines cancelled my ticket in August 2020 due to Covid-19, I have contacted Alrehlat many times requesting for the refund, but they were always giving a reason they have not received the ticket refund from the Airline.
I have contacted the Airline and they have confirmed that the money is already deposited into Alrehlat account at the time of cancelation, after that only and after showing that the money is deposited into their account, they admit they have received my money.
After that I have contacted Alrehlat three times and every time they are telling me 'we are pleased to process your refund, but the refund will take 60 days", seems Alrehalt has their own special calendar which started from the customer call, these 60 days are unlimited which will start from every time you call.
Here they may again respond forwarded to department, will do on priority and blah blah. But they are professional paid liars.
Keep your hard-earned money away from these robbers please.
