I got my order quickly, but one T-shirt was missing. I messaged them, and they replied right away, saying they'd send a replacement. I was rude because I was upset, but they were patient, apologized, and sent the new T-shirt the next day. When I emailed to say I got the missing tee, they apologized again and asked if they could help with anything else. Their customer service was excellent. Thank you.
