I noticed that I had stopped getting kits. I thought that after 3 years my obligation must have expired. I checked my account and had charges for kit but no kit in over a year. I called, and called, and called. One day I called, had conferences, went to lunch and had one more meeting, 5 HOURS LATER, still on hold. I had to call my card company to block charges to my account. I messaged via the chat and emailed It Cosmetics with no response. Worst customer service I had ever dealt with. And the bad thin is I liked the cosmetics. BUt will never buy from them again. Just hope my credit is not hit from blocking future payments. Bet the A holes will call me when next transaction doesn't go through.
