Absolutely horrible, order some work boots and they were taking incredibly long to ship so I called to cancel the order and the person I spoke to from customer service said I'd receive a cancellation email shortly, but I never did so I emailed them a few days later and still no response I am going to call again and email them again until they actually answer, confirm my cancellation, and give me my money back!
Tip for consumers:
Stay away, takes to much time to ship and to much time to cancel the order itself.
Products used:
None because I never wanted them after cancelling it.
