Ordered a mattress online, was told it would be 6 weeks for a delivery. Delivery date came and went so I called to see what was going on. After an unhelpful message about how they don't take live calls I was forced to use the chat function. Turns out they don't deliver to my area, which I had input into the original order. So they took my money and had no intention of delivering the product I had purchased. The staff on the chat was unhelpful in the matter, and now my refund for an item I was never going to get is going to take over a week to be refunded.
