First, unless you have an account, you will get no record of your order number (such as a confirmation email), thankfully I copied mine. I ordered a pair of lenses on 08/11/18. I hadn't received any shipping email so on 14/11/18 I emailed asking for a tracking number (as the lenses should have been in the post already). I received no response. I emailed again today on 18/11/18 but other reviews say they do not check these emails ever. Apparently the only way to contact them is to actually open a PayPal dispute, which I now fear I will have to do as I have paid for the items which apparently they just don't seem to plan on sending to me. Stay away from this company, PinkyParadise & Uniqso are way more reliable and actually respond to their contact email. Won't be shopping here again, hopefully I can at least get my money back after this huge waste of time.
