They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which indicates there would be some level of customer service. I bought the handset and used it according to instructions. Once I got to level 3 on my arms, working my way up, it literally burned my arms, left grill marks all over. They didn't show up at first, it was just painful, but after an hour they bubbled up. I reached out to Hey Silky Skin but they continuously ignored me. Only once did they respond and they said I did it wrong by not working my way up, but I did, and I have screenshots from their Instagram telling people they can go straight to level 5 for best results. As well I have screenshots of them telling people they absolutely need eye protection, they don't need eye protection, eye protection is optional, and the device is carefully made so that you do not need eye protection. All in different responses. They do not care about safety. I kept leaving comments on their Instagram buy they kept deleting my comments, I sent emails and Instagram messages with the pictures, but they kept ignoring me. They never gave me my money back or tried to make it right.
