This review is only about my ordering experience. March 25, I ordered the Bruush with a refill plan for heads. Received a confirmatory email stating it would be delivered with 5-7 business days (as it continues to state on their website). Over 2 weeks later and no further communication, I contacted customer service and was told there were major shipping delays and my order would ship the week of April 28th. I did get an option to cancel or to get a 20% discount. I was assured it would arrive on the new date so I took the discount. Week of April 28th came and went without any update. I asked again and was told, I would get shipping info on May 7-9. It arrived today (May 9th) without any notice (luckily, we were home as boxes have been getting stolen from front door so some notice would have been appreciated). I understand the realities of shipping issues but you need to communicate!

While I never received any updates unless I reached out, I got frequent marketing emails about new offers, new colors, buy one for a friend... I found this very annoying and asked them to stop until I got my order (why would I order something else) before I get my first order?). Nowhere on line is the shipping problem mentioned which I find to be a lack of respect for customers. It's here now. I just hope I love it and that the refills don't experience same shipping issues.
