I would like to prevent future clients to the business with this company.
We are located in Russia, We ordered from them one 40GP container of screws/fasteners
The samples were very good.
We asked to put our products in plastic bags to prevent them from rodding while going on the sea.
Their workers put them in plastic bags and didn't close them.
And said to us, you didn't tell us before to close them.
Finally we got screws rodded and they refused to cpmpensate anything.
Their manager left the company without saying anything.
It was difficult to find a person who can reply to me and who even speaks English,
Moreover they made us discount in general, but when we checked some psotions wiht the other suppliers the prices were twice more expensive.
I don't reccomend these company to anyone.
