Hello Everyone;

I am Advocate Ankita Wadhwa. I got associated with this company for my PR application in the month of sept last year. My educational credential step and application was filed however they promised to designed my CV after IELTS and Application filing. It was in August 2021, they said it would take around 7 days to get the CV designed however after that they kept on saying we don't have the concern person. It has been more than three months that the CV is not designed. A week earlier they shared a CV which was just a copy paste of my previous CV on a template. I must tell the CV was neither aligned moreover the information was also wrong.

The head of Delhi Ms. Shruti, who made several promises while enrolling is neither picking my calls nor replying to my messages from 2 months. She never called me back she just reply to messages that to after 3 4 days and just saying it will be done. She is making one excuse or the other and delaying it. I must tell I never had such an wort experience. They call themselves professional but they are not responsible nor professional.

I am enclosing the screenshots of the chats as well. If your organisation make promises please ensure that they are fulfilled. Also, I client needs clarification so kindly allot a person who is responsible and reply to the Clients on time.
