I worked for this company for more than a year. Having for a few years before this, I have not seen such mission driven people in the organisation. From people who have been through depression themselves to some experts who have been through cancer, grief etc, the company is run with the most honesty possible. Yes, they are working on figuring out a way to make money, but that is something which is helpful to run for a longer time. I would say that my stint with the company was nothing short of a roller coaster ride with learning new things, getting trusted to try things I have never tried before and challenging ideas coming from upper management as well.
