I have been a long time customer and just recently spent over $3000 in blinds in the last 2 years. I made a mistake on one blind and called to see if you could forgive this one time and the customer service person would not do anything for me. Very disappointed all he said was he couldn't do anything for me and that I would get a better deal ordering online. Didn't even offer to reorder for me. With much resistance, I just placed another order because I need to match the rest of my home. However, this will be my last order.
