I was naive enough to believe their "About us" info on the website so paid a cheaper price for a bag. They seem very nice and fast with replying to all my emails at first. However, I received a totally wrong, cheap looking and terrible bag in the end. I tried contacting them to get a refund + address to send the wrong bag back but that never happens. They use all sort of excuses such as public holidays etc. to cover up the fact they DO NOT want to issue a refund. I have let them know that I have reported them as selling counterfeits and terrible customer service on several websites, and if necessary (ie if I dont get my refund back within a few days) I'll report them to Mulberry website for violating their trademark.
All in all, the worst experience I've had so far shopping online. Do not believe any pictures you see cos I have faith that they have been copied and they are nothing but fake cheap stuffs!
Stay away from this website and any other similar sites that have dodgy domain names!
