Ordering the product was very easy, but I provided my phone number in order to get the 30% discount, then I tried to place my order, but I didn't get the discount code. I waited and waited. I was about to cancel the order and try again tomorrow. Then I got interrupted by a phone call. By the time the phone call was over, my discount code finally came through, so I used it. But if it hadn't been for the phone call interruption, I probably would have canceled the order since I didn't get the discount code immediately. I guess I'm suggesting that if someone submits a request for a discount code, it needs to arrive in less than 10 seconds, otherwise you could lose some orders. Thanks for listening
