Bithumb is the worst exchange I have ever used. They have a very poor support team so it's impossible to contact them if something goes wrong. They frequently disable markets from time to time, and freeze your assets for no reason. Report them now to gavibrenaid.com, and they will get back your money from Bithumb. They helped me!
