Placed my order everything was going fine, got an update something was not in stock. I expected the amount I would be charged to change/shipping amounts to be updated as expected and promised by customer service (talked to them twice at this point) Was assured my bill would be updated. A month later I got my Visa bill I was charged $80 for a part that was no longer on my order. Contacted customer service was again promised a refund for the out of stock part, without my follow up they would have gladly pocked the extra money. There seems to be no organization, communication or process to accurately update orders. Terrible. Total times I had to talk to customer service about the exact same issue =4. Three of the four times I was assured a refund that never happened. If you'd like to waste your time and money use this site.
